Sessions.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Mary E. Sessions, mother of Henry Eells, late of Company E, Eleventh Regiment Vermont Volunteers, upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the general pension laws, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1899.
