Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name, of Wilhelmina Barth, dependent mother of Theodore Barth, late member of Company I, Tenth Indiana Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1899.
