Waters.Pension increased. Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Reuben H. Waters, late of Company A, Fifty-second Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, on the pension roll, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month, in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 28, 1899.
