Abbott.Pension.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Rachel T. Abbott, the dependent mother of the late Lieutenant-Colonel Eli T. Conner, Eighty-first Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, and of the late William I. Conner, captain Company I, Eighty-first Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, and of the late Hewitt J. Abbott, first lieutenant Company I, Eighty-first Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, and to pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
