December 20, 1898. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Mary Paul.Pension.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Mary Paul, dependent mother of John Paul, late a private in Company C, Forty-fifth Regiment of Illinois Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.
