Spaulding.Pension.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Della E. Spaulding, the dependent and permanently helpless child of Alfred O. Spaulding, late private, Company G, One hundred and sixty-first Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, December 20, 1898.
