Hassell.Pension increased. Interior be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject otherwise to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws, the name of Carey H. Russell, late first lieutenant of Company G, Twenty-ninth Regiment of Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that which he now receives. Approved, April 11, 1898.
