Herd.Pension increased. Interior be, and be hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary E. Herd, widow of Andrew J. Herd, late lieutenant colonel of the Fourteenth Kentucky Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension of thirty dollars per month, with the usual allowance for her minor children in addition thereto, such pension to be in lieu of the pension she is now receiving. Approved, April 11, 1898.
