Interior be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Alexander E. Ingraham, late private in Company I, Twenty-first Ohio Regiment, and pay him a pension of thirty dollars per month in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, April 11, 1898.
