R. 9526](/us/bill/89/hr/9526)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That, in the administrationRaffaella Achilli. of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Raffaella Achilli may be. classified as an eligible orphan within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of that Act, upon approval of petitions filed in her*Ante*, p. 917.[8 USC 1101.](/us/usc/t8/s1101). liehalf by Mr. and Mrs.
Armando Loretucci, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 205(b) of that Act, subject to all the[8 USC 1155](/us/usc/t8/s1155). conditions in that section relating to eligible orphans. R. 1311](/us/bill/89/hr/1311)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the SecretaryJoseph J. McDevitt. of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Joseph J. McDevitt, of Philadelphia, the sum of $584.
The payment of such sum shall be in full settlement of his claims against the United States for reimbursement of the amount paid by him in full settlement of the judgment rendered against him on March 14, 1960, by the municipal court of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, arising out of a vehicular accident on April 8, 1957, involving a mailtruck being operated by him as an employee of the United States Post Office Department. No part, of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding.
Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved October 27, 1965. Agganis, who lost United States citizenship under the provisions of section 349(a)(5) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, may be[66 Stat. 268](/us/stat/66/268).[8 USC 1481](/us/usc/t8/s1481). naturalized by taking prior to one year after the effective date of this Act, before any court referred to in subsection
(a)of section 310 of the Immigration and Nationality Act or before any diplomatic or[8 USC 1421](/us/usc/t8/s1421). consular officer of the United States abroad, the oaths prescribed by section 337 of the said Act. From and after naturalization under[8 USC 1448](/us/usc/t8/s1448). this Act, the said Constantinos Agganis shall have the same citizenship status as that which eixisted immediately prior to its loss.
