Chap. VIII.— An Act *for the relief of John R. Delany.* January 20, 1843. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to pay, out of any money in theAmount of a certain judgment, with costs. treasury not otherwise appropriated, the amount of a judgment rendered on the twenty-sixth day of March, eighteen hundred and thirty-nine in the circuit court of Hamilton county, in the state of Tennessee, wherein John Cornell was plaintiff, and Joseph Powell, John R.
Delany, Thomas J. Caldwell, and Reuben Roddy, were defendants, and which judgment has been paid and satisfied by the said John R.
