Chap. VI.— An Act *for the relief of James M. Morgan.* January 20, 1843. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of the Treasury pay, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to James M.Payment for services as bearer of despatches. Morgan, three hundred and seventy-eight dollars in full for his services and expenses as bearer of despatches from the Governor of Iowa to the Secretary of Stale in eighteen hundred and thirty-nine.
