IV.— An Act *for the relief of Jane Taylor and her children, the heirs of the late James Plunkett.* Feb. 9, 1836. *Be it enacted, &c.*, That the Secretary of the Treasury be directed Payment for a horse, &c. impressed.to pay Jane Taylor, for herself and children of James Plunkett, out of any money not otherwise appropriated, one hundred and fifty dollars, the value of a horse and accoutrements impressed into the military service of the United States, during the late war, to aid in transporting ordnance on the day of the engagement with the enemy at Bladensburg, and not restored, which was the property of James Plunkett, then the husband of the said Jane.
