(/us/pvtl/76/253)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administrationKonstantinos Dionysiou Antiohos.Cancelation of order of deportation, etc. of the immigration and naturalization laws, the Secretary of Labor is hereby authorized and directed to cancel the warrant of arrest and the order of deportation against Konstantinos Dionysiou Antiohos (or Gus Pappas) and that from and after the approval of this Act he shall be deemed to have been lawfully admitted to theAdmission deemed lawful.

Cowen.Payment to. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to William E. Cowen, of Washington, District of Columbia, an employee of the custodian’s office, Senate Office Building, the sum of $265, in full settlement of his claim against the United States for medical and hospital expenses incurred as a result of injuries sustained on April 29, 1937, when his left foot was crushed between the loading platform and the subway car: *Provided*, That no part of*Proviso*.Limitation on attorney’s, etc., fees. the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding.
Any person violating the provisions of this ActPenalty for violation. shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000.
