(/us/pvtl/76/252)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administrationEmil Friedrich Dischleit.Admission deemed lawful. of the immigration and naturalization laws Emil Friedrich Dischleit, of Meriden, Connecticut, shall be held and considered to have been legally admitted to the United States for permanent residence on August 21, 1931. Sec. 2. From and after the date of the approval of this Act EmilNot deportable on same grounds.
Friedrich Dischleit shall not again be subject to deportation by reason of the same facts upon which the outstanding proceedings rest. Approved, August 11, 1939.
