Time extended for bridging, Saint Louis, Mo., to Stites, Ill.commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Mississippi River, at or near a point on Broadway between Florida and Mullanphy Streets in the city of Saint Louis, Missouri, and a point opposite thereto, in the town of Stites, in the county of Saint Clair, State of Illinois, and connecting with Saint Clair Avenue extended in said town, authorized to be built by the county of Saint 52 Stat. 1228[49 Stat. 1057, 1253](/us/stat/49/1057/1253); [50 Stat. 251](/us/stat/50/251).Clair, Illinois, by an Act of Congress approved August 30, 1935, and heretofore extended by Acts of Congress approved May 1, 1936, and June 9, 1937, are hereby further extended one and three years, respectively, from August 30, 1938.
Amendment. Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, June 29, 1938.
