Time extended for bridging, Saint Louis, Mo., to East Saint Louis, Ill. commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Mississippi River, at or near a point between Morgan and Wash Streets in the city of Saint Louis, Missouri, and a point opposite thereto in the city of East Saint Louis, Illinois, authorized to be built by the city of East Saint Louis, Illinois, by an Act of Congress approved May 3, 1934, and heretofore extended by Acts of Congress [48 Stat. 661](/us/stat/48/661); [49 Stat. 536, 1254](/us/stat/496/536/1254); [50 Stat. 244](/us/stat/50/244); [52 Stat. 1228](/us/stat/52/1228). approved August 5, 1935, May 1, 1936, June 2, 1937, and June 29, 1938, are hereby further extended one and three years, respectively, from May 3, 1939.

Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment. expressly reserved. Approved, July 25, 1939.
