(/us/pvtl/75/590)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Herbert Joseph Dawson.Naval record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers or sailors Herbert Joseph Dawson, who enlisted in the United States Navy April 20, 1917, as a fireman, second-class, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the naval service of the United States *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.on the 8th day of January 1919: *Provided*, That no compensation, retirement pay, back pay, pension, or other benefit shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.

Kocor, of Fall River, Massachusetts, the sum of $125, in full satisfaction of his claim against the United States for personal injuries sustained when the automobile he was driving was struck by a truck operated by the Works Progress Administration on May *Proviso*.Limitation on attorney’s, etc., fees.19, 1937, at Fall River, Massachusetts: *Provided*, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary Penalty for violation.notwithstanding.
Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved, June 15, 1938.
