(/us/pvtl/75/590)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Herbert Joseph Dawson.Naval record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers or sailors Herbert Joseph Dawson, who enlisted in the United States Navy April 20, 1917, as a fireman, second-class, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the naval service of the United States *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.on the 8th day of January 1919: *Provided*, That no compensation, retirement pay, back pay, pension, or other benefit shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
