That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Fred H. Kocor, of Fall River, Massachusetts, the sum of $125, in full satisfaction of his claim against the United States for personal injuries sustained when the automobile he was driving was struck by a truck operated by the Works Progress Administration on May *Proviso*.Limitation on attorney’s, etc., fees.19, 1937, at Fall River, Massachusetts: *Provided*, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary Penalty for violation.notwithstanding.

Lee Hotel, of Jackson, Mississippi, the sum of $200, in full satisfaction of its claim against the United States for a refund of the value of one invalid postal money order fraudulently issued by Harry G.
Peek, former postmaster at Sondheimer, Louisiana, which sum has heretofore been paid to the United States:*Proviso*.Limitation on attorney’s, fees. *Provided*, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding.
