That there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury hot otherwise appropriated, for payment to the Government of Chile for the account of Enriqueta Koch v. de Jeanneret as complete indemnity for injuries to her daughter, Lucia de Jeanneret, of Valparaiso, Chile, occasioned by an assault at Valparaiso by Andrew Stanley Kondek, seaman, United States Navy, on February 4, 1921, and as reimbursement of all expenses caused thereby, the sum of $2,000.
