Warner.Claim of, to be considered. States Employees’ Compensation Commission is hereby authorized and directed to receive and consider the claim of Mrs. Charles T. Warner, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, widow of Charles T. Warner, who sustained injuries in December 1932 in the performance of his duties as a deputy United States marshal from which he is alleged to have died in May 1935, under the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act[39 Stat. 742](/us/stat/39/742).[5 U. S. C. §§ 751–796](/us/usc/t5/s751–796). to provide compensation for employees of the United States suffering injuries while in the performance of their duties, and for other purposes”, approved September 7, 1916, as amended, except that the limitations of time in sections 15 to 20 thereof, both inclusive, are hereby waived: *Provided*, That claim hereunder shall be filed*Provisos*.Time for filing claim.No prior benefits. within six months from the approval of this Act: *Provided further*, That no benefits shall accrue prior to the approval of this Act.
