LXXXIX.— An Act *to establish an arsenal of construction in the State of North Carolina.* June 14, 1836. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the sum of forty-fiveAppropriation for purchase of a site and for budding. thousand dollars be, and the same is hereby appropriated, from any money in the Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, towards the purchase of a site and the building of an arsenal of deposite and general construction, near the town of Fayetteville, in the State of North Carolina.
