Chap. XCVII.— An Act *repealing the fourteenth section of the “Act to incorporate the subscribers to the Bank of the United States,” approved, April tenth, eighteen hundred and sixteen.*(*a*)(*a*) Act of April 10, 1816, ch. 44. June 15, 1836. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, *Fourteenth section repealed. That the fourteenth section of the act entitled “An act to incorporate the subscribers to the Bank of the United States,” approved April tenth, eighteen hundred and six-teen, shall be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
