(/us/bill/74/pl/773).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of American in Congress assembled*, District of Columbia Code.Vol. 31, p. 1289. That section 641 of chapter XVIII of the Code of Law for the District of Columbia is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new paragraph: " Trust companies, perpetual succession until dissolution, etc. “Any company transacting the business of a trust company and heretofore or hereafter organized or operating under the provisions of this chapter shall have perpetual succession from the date of its organization, or until such time as it be dissolved, or until its franchise shall become forfeited by reason of violation of law, or until terminated by either a general or special Act of Congress or until its affairs be placed in the hands of a receiver and finally wound up by him.

C., 1934 edition, title 28, sec. 179), is amended to read as follows: " Terms. “The terms of the district court for the middle district shall be Rockingham.held at Rockingham on the first Mondays in March and September; Salisbury.at Salisbury on the third Mondays in April and October; at Winston-SalemWinston-Salem. on the first Mondays in May and November; at Greensboro Greensboro.on the first Mondays in June and December; at Wilkesboro on the Wilkesboro.third Mondays in May and November; and at Durham on the first Durham.Monday in February and the fourth Monday in September: *Proviso*.Court accommodations.*Provided*, That the cities of Winston-Salem, Rockingham, and Durham shall each provide and furnish at its own expense a suitable and convenient place for holding the district court until Federal buildings containing quarters for the court are erected at such places.
