(/us/pl/74/67).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mississippi River.Authority for bridging, between Cohasset, and Deer River, Minn., revived.Vol. 45, p. 473. That the Act of Congress approved May 1, 1928, authorizing the board of county commissioners of Itasca County, Minnesota, to construct a bridge across the Mississippi River at or near the north line of section 35, township 144 north, range 25 west, on the road between the villages of Cohasset and Deer River, Minnesota, be and the same is hereby *Proviso*.Construction, etc.revived and reenacted: *Provided*, That this Act shall be null and void unless the actual construction of the bridge herein referred to be commenced within one year and completed within three years from the date of approval hereof.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, May 24, 1935. May 24, 1935.[[S. 1680](/us/bill/74/s/1680).][[Public, No. 68](/us/pl/74/68).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Deschutes National Forest, Oreg.Vol. 42, p. 362, amended. That the Act entitled “An Act authorizing the adjustment of the boundaries of the Deschutes National Forest, in the State of Oregon, and for other purposes”, approved February 2, 1922, is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new section:
" “Sec. 2. Addition authorized. Such lands in public ownership within six miles of the exterior boundaries of the Deschutes National Forest, in the State of Oregon, as may be found by the Secretaries of Agriculture and of the Interior to be chiefly valuable for national-forest Proclamation.purposes, may be added to the Deschutes National Forest by proclamation of the President, subject to any valid existing claims in such lands.” " Approved, May 24, 1935.
