H. commencing and completing the construction of the bridge across the Piscataqua River, at or near Portsmouth, New Hampshire, authorized to be built by the Maine-New Hampshire Interstate Bridge Authority, by an Act of Congress approved July 28, 1937, are hereby[50 Stat. 535](/us/stat/50/535). extended one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, June 16, 1938.
