(a)of section 63 of the Act entitled “An Act to establish a uniform system of bankruptcy throughout the United States”, approved July 1, 1898, as amended and supplemented, is 1476 amended by inserting immediately after the words “whether voluntary Estates pending on June 7, 1934, and in process of settlement.or involuntary” a colon and the following: “*Provided*, That the provisions of this clause (6½) shall apply to estates that were pending on June 7, 1934, and are in process of settlement.” Sec. 2.Proving of claims.Vol. 44, p. 666; [U.
