That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Gladys Robbins the sum of $1,120 in full settlement of all claims against the United States for reimbursement of cash bail deposited with former United States Commissioner Arthur G.
Fisk at San *Proviso*. Limitation on attorney’s, etc., fees. Penalty for violation. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined m any sum not exceeding $1,000. R. 4084](/us/bill/74/hr/4084).][[Private, No. 405](/us/pvtl/74/405).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Charles D. Jeronimus. Naval service record corrected. That the service rendered by Charles D. Jeronimus as a member of the Naval Militia of Minnesota from April 21, 1920, to June 19, 1920, in fitting out the United States ship Essex and in service on a cruise of the Naval Militia shall be considered for all purposes as active service for training in the United States Naval Reserve force under his enrollment from July 18, 1920, to July 17, 1924, and that the Secretary of the Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cause the records of the said Charles D.
Jeronimus in the Navy Department to be corrected to conform with this authorization, to the end that the said Charles D. Jeronimus shall be entitled to all pay, benefits, and emoluments conferred by law or regulation by reason Refund. of such active service and training; and to refund to the said Charles D, Jeronimus from current appropriations for the Naval 2227 Reserve the sum of $152.23, representing retainer pay which was paid him during the period July 18, 1923, to October 17, 1923, and subsequently deducted upon his reenrollment in the Naval Reserve force of August 18, 1924: *Provided*, That no other bounty, back pay, *Proviso*.
No other back pay, etc. pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, February 28, 1936.
