Disability claim of, to be examined. States Employees’ Compensation Commission is hereby authorized to consider and determine the claim of Cicero A. Hilliard, who purports to have suffered injury while employed on or about June, 1925, in the same manner and to the same extent as if said Cicero A. Hilliard had made application for the benefits of the Employees’ Compensation Act within the one-year period required by sections 17 and 20 Vol. 39, p. 746. thereof: *Provided*, That no benefits shall accrue prior to the approval *Proviso*.
