Vol. 45, p. 697. General be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed, notwithstanding the provisions of the Act of May 22, 1928 (45 Stat. 697), to credit the accounts of Neal D. Borum, special disbursing officer at the Embassy of the United States at London, in the sum of $810.62, representing the amount paid by him for expenses incurred by a member of the delegation to the naval conference at London and his staff when they returned to the United States on a vessel of foreign registry.
