That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of 1657 $1,937.83 to Luis H. DeBayle, of Leon, Nicaragua, in full settlement of all claims against the Government for loss of drugs and other medical supplies taken from his pharmacy by personnel of the United States Marine Corps in January and February, 1928.
