Hall.Refund of customs duties to. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to refund to Anna A. Hall, of Aiken, South Carolina, the sum of $960, such sum representing the duty collected by customs officials from the said Anna A. Hall, after she had become a bona fide holder for value, without notice, of one diamond ring.
