Trussell.Military record corrected.of any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, James E. Trussell, who was a private in Company K, Fourteenth Regiment United States Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged therefrom: *Provided*, That other than as above set forth no bounty, *Proviso.*No pay, etc.pay, pension, or other emolument shall accrue prior to or by reason of the passage of this Act.
