May 29, 1928.[[S. 2788](/us/bill/70/s/2788).][[Private, No. 294](/us/pvtl/70/294).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Postmaster Charlie McDonald.Credit in postal accounts of, due to bank failure.General be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to credit the accounts of Charlie McDonald, former postmaster at Lovington, New Mexico, in the sum of $242.05, due the United States on account of the loss of postal funds resulting from the failure of the National Bank of Lovington, Lovington, New Mexico: *Provided*, *Proviso.*Assignment of claims, etc.That the said Charlie McDonald shall assign to the United States any and all claims he may have to dividends arising from the liquidation of said bank.
