May 29, 1928.[[S. 4022](/us/bill/70/s/4022).][[Private, No. 282](/us/pvtl/70/282).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Henry A. O’Neil.Lease of land in Stanley County, S, Dak granted to, for buffal pasture.of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to withdraw from entry and to lease to Henry A. O’Neil, of Fort Pierre, South Dakota, for a period of ten years, at an annual rental of not less than $75, under rules and regulations to be by him prescribed, the following described public lands in the county of Stanley and State of South Dakota:
Sections 26 and 27, the north half southeast quarter, and Description.the north half section 34, the north half northeast quarter, the north half northwest quarter, and the north half southwest quarter of section 35, and lot 4, and the south half northwest quarter and the west half southwest quarter of section 25, all in township 6 north, range 30 east, Black Hills meridian; said lands to be used exclusively for the pasturing of native buffalo, and for no other purpose: *Provided*, *Provisos.*Optional canceling.That the Secretary of the Interior may at any time cancel any lease which may hereafter be made under the provisions hereof and restore said land to the public domain: *Provided further*, That the lease Assignment.authorized hereunder may be assigned with the approval of the Secretary of the Interior.
