Wise.Military record corrected.of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Curtis P. Wise, who was a member of Company I, One hundred and twenty-eighth Illinois Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization on the 30th day of March, 1863: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowances shall be *Proviso.*No back pay, etc.held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
