R. 8628](/us/bill/70/hr/8628).][[Private, No. 276](/us/pvtl/70/276).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administration Amos Dahuff.Military record corrected.of any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Amos Dahuff. who was captain of Company H, Twelfth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Cavalry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably 2024from the military service of the United States as of said organization *Proviso.*No back pay, etc.on the 19th day of February, 1865: *Provided*, That no hack pay, bounty, pension, or other emolument shall accrue prior to the approval of this Act.
