R. 11951](/us/bill/70/hr/11951).][[Private, No. 274](/us/pvtl/70/274).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Act of Tanksley-Drumright Stone Cut Company.Settlement of claims of, for loss on contract due to war conditions.Vol. 41, pp. 281, 507, 592.Congress entitled “An Act for the relief of contractors and subcontractors for the post offices and other buildings and work under the supervision of the Treasury Department, and for other purposes,” approved August 25, 1919, as amended by the Acts of March 6, 1920, and February 27, 1926, be, and the same is hereby, amended so that said Act snall include the Tanksley-Drumright Stone Cut Company, subcontractor for the Norman-Kerr Company in the construction of the additions to the post-office building at Nashville, Tennessee, and as to said subcontractor numbered claims for reimbursement as provided by said Act of August 25, 1919, as Vol. 44, p. 134.amended by the Acts of March 6, 1920, and February 27, 1926, may be filed within three months after the passage of this Act.
