That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay to the Hottum-Kennedy Dry Dock Company, owner of the Hottum-Kennedy Dry Docks, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,231.50 in full settlement to reimburse such owner for loss sustained as a result of damages caused to such docks and appurtenant property through collision with the United States steamer Inspector on January 30, 1920. Approved, May 29, 1928.
