That the Treasurer of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to Martha Henson, of Baltimore City, Maryland, out of any money not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $2,500 as compensation for injuries received by her on November 25, 1918, when a street car of the United Railways and Electric Company, of Baltimore, Maryland, on which the said Martha Henson was a passenger, was struck at or near the corner of Patterson Park Avenue and Fleet Streets, Baltimore, Maryland, by a motor vehicle belonging to and owned by the United States and operated by a soldier of the United States Army.
