Light.Payment to, for personal injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $1,524.89 to William A. Light, of Valentine, Arizona, as compensation for injuries sustained on September 26, 1916, in the discharge of his official duties as superintendent of the United States Indian-school agency at Mescalero, New Mexico.
