May 28, 1928.[[S. 2733](/us/bill/70/s/2733).][[Private, No. 205](/us/pvtl/70/205).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the Joseph Cunningham.Military record corrected.administration of the pension laws or any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon persons honorably discharged from the United States Army, Joseph Cunningham shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged as a private, Company F, Forty-third Ohio Infantry, on April 12, I860; but no pension, pay, No prior pension, etc.nor bounty shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
