Sherman.Military record corrected.administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, or their dependents, William M. Sherman who served as a private of Troop A, Eighth Regiment United States Cavalry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of said organization on the 7th day of March, 1901: *Provided*, That no bounty, pension, pay, or other emoluments *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
