Abraham Hetrick.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers and dependents, T. Abraham Hetrick, who was a private of Company I, Forty-ninth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of that organization on the 20th day of 1987April, 1865: *Provided*, That no back pay, bounty, pension, or other *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
