That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated and in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $5,522 to Gunther Carl Back, for expenses incurred on account of injuries sustained as the result of being run down by an Army truck at Stratford, Connecticut, on April 1, 1918. Approved, May 26, 1928.
