R. 6514](/us/bill/70/hr/6514).][[Public, No. 42](/us/pl/70/42).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Little Calumet River.Cook County, Ill., may bridge, at Indiana Avenue. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the county of Cook, State of Illinois, to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across Little Calumet River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near Indiana Avenue just north of the line of One hundred and fifty-fourth Street in said county and State, in accordance with the provisions of the ActConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. entitled “An act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 16, 1928.
