That the times for commencing and completing the construction of the bridge to be built by the County of Beaver, Pennsylvania, across the Ohio River between the municipalities of Rochester and Monaca, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, authorized by the Act of Congress approved FebruaryVol. 44, p. 132. 26, 1926, entitled “An Act authorizing the construction of a bridge across the Ohio River between the municipalities of Rochester andVol. 44, p. 1269.
Monaca, Beaver County, Pennsylvania,” and amended by the Act of Congress approved March 2, 1927, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof. Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 16, 1928.
