Dougherty. Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Everett A. Dougherty, who was a member of the United States Army Hospital Corps, Fort Wayne, Michigan, shall hereafter be held and considered to nave been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States *Proviso*. No back pay, etc.as a private of that organization on the 7th day of June, 1902: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
