R. 12359](/us/bill/70/hr/12359).] [[Private, No. 521](/us/pvtl/70/521).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Edwin D.
Morgan. Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Edwin D. Morgan, deceased, who was a member of Company B, Eighty-fourth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization on the 15th day *Proviso*. No back pay, etc.of December, 1863: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
