J. Heinz Company, Atlantic City. Payment to, for damages to pier. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, to the H. J. Heinz Company, of Atlantic City, New Jersey, the sum of $5,606, to compensate the said H. J. Heinz Company for property damages sustained by them to their property in Atlantic City, known as the Heinz Pier, on August 22, 1924, caused by collision with said pier of Scow Numbered 22, which was in the service of the War Department in connection with work being done by the United States dredge Corozal in Absecon Inlet.
